Affordable playschool admission is a core commitment at Earth Child Playgroup, where all tuition fees are payable when the child first attends the playgroup—ensuring high-quality early education without compromise.
our child's registration will only be completed after the registration fee is paid and all documentation has been submitted to the playgroup administration. To ensure a smooth process and fairness for all families, timely payment is essential as part of our affordable playschool admission policy. If parents are consistently late with payments, additional charges will be applied as per the fees structure.
Invoices for late pick-up fees will be issued weekly. Monthly fees must be settled before the end of the previous month. The following are the due dates for payment:
Term 1 - Due by 30th June OR 1 week from the date of Invoice, whichever is earlier.
Term 2 - Due by 1st December OR 1 week from the date of Invoice, whichever is earlier.
Term 3 - Due by 1st March OR 1 week from the date of Invoice, whichever is earlier.
Payments not received by the end of the first week of the new month will result in a reminder sent to the concerned parent. Late payment will incur a surcharge of 5% on the outstanding amount if fees are not settled within one week of the start of the term.
A returned cheque will incur a Service Charge of AED 100. If fees are not paid by the end of week three, parents will be asked to remove the child from the playgroup, and the deposit will not be refunded.
The remainder of the term fees will be refunded if your child is asked to be removed from the nursery for reasons other than non-payment of fees. Children absent due to illness and not permitted to return to nursery until symptom-free, following ministry guidelines, will not be eligible for a refund. Days missed due to illness, absence, or quarantine may not be made up as part of our affordable playschool admission commitment to fairness and clarity in fee policies.
To request a refund of the monthly fee, a written notification—either via email or a signed letter—must be submitted directly to the attention of the Administrator and the Playgroup Director. This ensures all communication is clear, timely, and properly documented for processing.
As part of our affordable playschool admission policy, Earth Child Playgroup is committed to maintaining transparency, consistency, and fairness for all families. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to handle each case with compassion while also upholding the integrity of our enrollment process.
In the event that a child does not attend the playgroup from the first scheduled day of the month, we offer a grace period of five calendar days. During this time, parents are encouraged to bring their child to begin the program. However, if the child has not attended by the end of this grace period, the playgroup will no longer be able to reserve the child’s spot, as it may need to be offered to another family on the waiting list. In such cases, fees already paid will not be refunded, in accordance with our clearly outlined admission and attendance policies.
This approach supports the sustainability of our affordable playschool admission system, allowing us to plan staffing, resources, and curriculum delivery effectively, while continuing to provide high-quality early education for all enrolled children.
Upon registering a sibling, you will receive a 5% discount off the monthly fee for the older sibling. Once there is only one sibling attending the playgroup, the discount will be retracted. In the case of triplets, a 10% discount off the monthly fee will be rewarded.
Detailed fee packages and policies are available upon request through the Playgroup Administrator, who will be happy to guide you through the structure and answer any questions you may have. Our team is committed to helping families make informed decisions by offering clear, upfront details about tuition, term payments, sibling discounts, and refund procedures.
